Südstadtcarré Heilbronn

The Südstadtcarré quarter is being built in the south of the rapidly developing city of Heilbronn, combining residential living and hospitality in a colorful and livable concept. A young hotel format offers 150 hotel rooms while apartments of various sizes serve young and old alike—all eligible for subsidies. The green courtyard serves as a lung, meeting place, and retreat from the city. An underground car park offers mobility concepts ranging from bicycles and individual parking spaces to e-mobility and car-sharing options.
