Modular Housing Construction

Since 2014, modular solutions for housing construction have been integral to Urban Asset Management projects. This re-densification of an existing residential area in Magdeburg implements industrial pre-production, serial approaches to typology and construction, and requirements for particularly high cost-effectiveness for approximately 300 residential units. The corresponding adaptation of an existing development plan covers all aspects including building construction, development, supply and disposal, parking and outdoor facilities. BIM-based planning was implemented in close coordination with the developer and city planning authorities.
