Gut Gentzrode Estate

The historic Gut Gentzrode with a total area of around 520 hectares is located near Neuruppin, approximately 80 km north-west of Berlin. The estate includes important protected memorial buildings. Urban Asset Management is committed to the protection and development of the property with the owner, the city, the district, Department for the Conservation of Historic Buildings and Sites, and other partners after the turbulent history and more than 25 years of vacancy. After extensive protective measures from 2020 to 2022, Urban Asset Management is currently in charge of development management and master planning.
