Managing Director (Geschäftsführer)
Zeynel Gündoğ is the founding partner and Managing Director of Urban Asset Management GmbH, responsible for real estate investments, asset management, and project development across Germany and Europe.
His career focus includes strategic acquisition of large-scale real estate assets, value-add initiatives, restructuring, and long-term asset management. He has been actively involved in hotel, office, residential, mixed-use, and large-scale land projects in Düsseldorf, Bremen, Berlin-Brandenburg, and surrounding regions.
With extensive experience in cross-border investment structures, Zeynel focuses on creating transparent, bank-financeable, and sustainable structures between Germany and Turkey. Corporate governance, disciplined financing, and long-term value creation form the foundation of his approach.
Steffen Sendler
Project Manager (Projektmanager)
Steffen Sendler brings extensive expertise in project management and real estate development to Urban Asset Management. With a deep understanding of construction processes, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery, he ensures that complex development projects are executed with precision and efficiency.
