Maidar City Urban Development

Maidar City is where a team of Mongolian, German, and international investors, architects, engineers, and consultants is planning the modern counterpart and expansion of the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar. The area is located in hilly terrain south of today’s capital region. The development covers an area of around 5,600 hectares. The religious part lies in the center, which is already under construction. Urban Asset Management supports the initiator with development consultancy, including planning of sub-measures, applying for funding, investment talks, and developing a CI for the mega-project.
